Atoma Washing Station (Telila Site 2)

The story

Atoma was established after the success of the Telila washing station. It operates in Wanja Kersa Kebele in Gera Woreda and receives cherry from local smallholders rather than functioning as a single estate.

Innovations

The wider Telila and Atoma operation keeps village and harvest-date deliveries separate to improve traceability. Verve's Wanja Kersa release was a washed lot processed at approximately 2,000 meters.
