The story

El Diamante is a 30-hectare property located in Cajamarca, Tolima, currently managed by Neftalí Castro and his sisters. They represent the third generation of the family to operate the farm. Originally, the land was used for crops like plantain, green beans, potatoes, and arrachacha, with coffee only becoming a primary focus in 2008.
