Under current management, the farm has implemented a specific double-fermentation protocol involving 36 hours of oxidation followed by a second 14 to 16-hour fermentation. Additionally, the farm utilizes an agroforestry system where coffee is grown alongside bananas, citrus, avocados, and native trees.
