The story

The Flores family has been involved in coffee production since the 1970s. In 2009, patriarch Faustino Flores established Finca El Morito after relocating to San Ignacio, Cajamarca. The estate is now managed by subsequent generations, including Anthony Vasquez, who represents the fourth generation of producers.
