The story
Roger inherited Las Flores and two other farms from his father. The Las Flores plot later placed second in the 2019 Honduras Cup of Excellence with 92 points. That result is historical recognition of the plot and is not a score for the current retail release.
Innovations
Ripe fruit is carefully selected, and washed coffee is sun-dried on raised mesh platforms. Roger also maintains a cupping lab for quality control and sends samples to IHCAFE for additional analysis.
