Hamasho washing station

The story

Daye Bensa says the station takes its name from Hamasho Borena kebele, named for the area's founder. The operator lists a December–February harvest, 130 drying beds and 14 washing tanks.

Daye Bensa documents distinct natural, washed, honey, 96-hour anaerobic-natural, 96-hour anaerobic-washed and 120-hour experimental protocols. These are station capabilities; individual roaster lots may use different lot-specific fermentation times.
