The story

Enuar Rodrigo Ramos transitioned from livestock into coffee farming, using the proceeds from his earlier work to establish a family home and purchase the two-hectare Peña Blanca property.

Challenges

The operation is a small two-hectare family farm; the exact Intelligentsia release does not publish altitude or harvest timing.

Innovations

Ramos combines ripe-cherry selection with covered raised-bed drying and the productive, leaf-rust-resistant Colombia variety.
