Adam Overton
Adam Overton is a coffee producer and co-founder of the Gesha Village Coffee Estate in Ethiopia. Alongside his partner Rachel Samuel, he transitioned from a career in documentary filmmaking to coffee farming to preserve and elevate the legacy of Ethiopian coffee.

Overton and Samuel first visited Ethiopia in 2007 to produce a documentary about the country's coffee industry, which sparked their passion for the region. In 2011, they established the 471-hectare Gesha Village Coffee Estate in the Bench-Maji zone, near the Gori Gesha forest, to cultivate and study native coffee varieties.
