Adrian Lasso is a Colombian coffee producer based in Pitalito, Huila, who is recognized for his role in the new generation of specialty coffee growers. He operates Finca El Diviso, where he focuses on high-end specialty coffee production and innovative processing techniques.
History
Adrian and his brother Nestor took over their family farm and shifted the focus from traditional coffee farming to specialty production and experimentation. They partnered with Jhoan Vergara of the neighboring Las Flores farm to form a collaborative effort under the El Diviso name to improve coffee quality.
