Aidé and Pedro Garro are coffee producers based in the Urrao municipality of Antioquia, Colombia. They operate the farm Buena Vista, where they focus on producing high-quality microlots, including the rare Chiroso variety.
History
The couple manages their farm in the Penderisco River valley, where they produce approximately 40 bags of coffee annually. They are members of the Cooperativa de Caficultores de Salgar (Coocafisa) and manage their own on-site processing and drying.
