Angel Arturo Paz is a prominent Honduran coffee producer and the head of quality control at the renowned San Vicente mill. Based in the Santa Bárbara region, he is recognized for his dual expertise as both a professional coffee taster and a high-quality producer.

History

Arturo grew up working at the San Vicente mill and spent 15 years working alongside specialty coffee farmers to master processing techniques. He purchased his first property, Finca La Colmena, in 2007 and later developed Finca El Itacayo, which is located near a wildlife preserve. He has since become a consistent top-tier producer, frequently placing in the Cup of Excellence.
