Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera are a husband-and-wife team based in Chinacla, La Paz, Honduras, who operate a collection of coffee farms and the Xinacla dry mill. They are widely recognized as some of the most decorated coffee producers in the history of the Honduras Cup of Excellence competition.
History
Marysabel and Moises began their partnership in the early 2000s, navigating a difficult period for the farm before establishing their current operation. They have since built a long-standing reputation for quality, with international roasters beginning to source their coffee as early as 2004.
