Inácio Urban
Inácio Urban founded Fazenda Rio Brilhante in Pântano, Cerrado Mineiro, after moving north from Rio Grande do Sul in the 1980s. The Urban family now manages the 2,700-hectare estate with agronomic and processing support from Los Volcanes Coffee.

Urban began with 20 hectares of coffee and expanded Rio Brilhante into a diversified estate. His children joined the family operation in 2006, establishing second-generation management.
