The Jabanto farmers group is a collective of smallholder coffee producers based in the Yirgacheffe and Kochere districts of Ethiopia's Gedeo region. Established to leverage changes in Ethiopian coffee policy, the group focuses on transparent, traceable sourcing and high-quality production. Their name, derived from the Gedeofa language, translates to "stronger together."

Jabanto was formed in 2017 following shifts in Ethiopian regulations that allowed smallholder farmers to export coffee directly. Since its inception, the group has worked to build an enterprising business from the ground up, supported by the exporter G Broad Trading. They have maintained a long-term partnership with roasters like Counter Culture Coffee since 2018.
