Jhonathan Gasca is a progressive coffee producer based in Bruselas, Huila, Colombia, recognized for his focus on advanced fermentation techniques and high-quality specialty coffee. He operates the Zarza farm alongside his brother, John Gasca, and is a partner producer with Lohas Beans.
History
After a failed attempt to become a professional soccer player in 2010, Gasca graduated from the Colombian National Technical Institute and returned to his family's farm. He began experimenting with fermentation methods, which initially faced challenges before he developed the advanced techniques he is known for today. He now manages the Zarza farm and the Bella Vista estate, contributing to the Zarza Project.
