Finca La Palestina began as a cattle pasture that the Alarcón Coronel family transformed into a coffee farm over nearly five decades. Juan, along with his brothers José and Anibal, inherited the responsibility of managing the farm and have focused on refining production and quality. The farm currently spans multiple parcels across varying elevations.
