El Tambo is a 33-hectare farm located in Guintar, Anzá, currently managed by Daniel Caro Lopez. Daniel is a second-generation coffee producer who continues the family's work in the region.

Challenges

The farm operates in a challenging high-altitude environment, with only 5 hectares of the total 33-hectare property currently dedicated to coffee cultivation.

Innovations

The farm participates in a collaborative project focused on the specific cultivation and processing of the Chiroso variety, which involves an 80-hour underwater fermentation process.
