Daniel Caro Lopez is a second-generation producer at El Tambo in Güíntar, Anzá. SEY describes the 33-hectare farm as having five hectares in coffee, primarily Chiroso with a small Gesha garden.
Based in Brooklyn, New York, Sey Coffee is a contemporary micro-roastery known for its focus on light-roast, fruit-forward coffees and transparent supply chain relationships.
A clearly documented high-elevation Chiroso with an unusually long six-day underwater fermentation, presented by SEY as the final El Tambo harvest in its program.

Other roasters, same producer.
These coffees come from the same producer or farm, offered by other roasters. We never automatically declare two offerings the exact same coffee — a match requires lot, harvest and traceability details. Even a true same-lot pair can taste different: roast approach, freshness, rest and brewing all reshape the cup.
