La Colina

The story

La Colina, which translates to 'the hill', was named by the father of current producer Antonio Medina. Antonio is a second-generation farmer who began growing coffee on the land in 1991 after gaining experience working on other farms.

Challenges

The farm faces logistical difficulties due to its remote location, where reaching the property often requires traveling over difficult terrain.

Innovations

The farm has demonstrated versatility by producing multiple processing styles, including washed and natural lots, and cultivating a diverse range of specialty varieties.
