Los Pinos

The story

Los Pinos is managed by producer Armando Hurtado, a young farmer based in the Pacaypata area of Cusco. The farm is noted for its significant biodiversity, featuring a waterfall that runs through the property.

Innovations

The farm utilizes traditional organic growing practices and processes coffee by hand-picking at peak ripeness, floating to remove defects, de-pulping on the day of harvest, and dry-fermenting for 32 hours before drying on raised beds.
