Dumerso Coffee is a private washing station located in the Yirgacheffe district of Ethiopia, led by the sister team of CEO Hirut Birhanu and Manager Mahder Birhanu. The operation serves as a hub for over 330 smallholder farmers and is noted for its significant commitment to female employment, with 95% of its 400-person seasonal workforce being women.

Hirut Birhanu, a veteran with two decades of industry experience, acquired the Dumerso site in 2010. The facility had been originally established in 1998 but was inactive until Hirut transformed it into a fully functional processing station, which began thriving in 2013.
