Edinson Argote is a dedicated specialty coffee producer based in Huila, Colombia, known for his focus on innovative processing methods and rare coffee varieties. After overcoming significant personal hardships in his youth, he established his own farm, La Quebradita, which has become a hub for experimentation and high-quality coffee production.

After leaving home at age 11 and serving in the army, Argote began his coffee career at age 20 working at a local buying station in Acevedo. In 2018, he and his partner, Luz Angela, secured a loan to purchase La Quebradita in Timaná. He has since transitioned from a farm worker to a recognized producer of specialty lots.
