Fredy Perez is a coffee producer based in the San Andrés region of Lempira, Honduras. He is recognized as a key producer in the area who has helped roasters establish connections within this emerging coffee-producing region. He operates his farm alongside his wife, Glenis, with a focus on high-quality, clean, and refined coffee production.
History
After gaining experience on his father's farm, Fredy purchased his first plot of land in 2008 to begin his own production. He has since become a prominent figure in the San Andrés region, which has seen significant coffee development since the 1990s. He has maintained a professional relationship with roasters like Onyx Coffee Lab since approximately 2021.
