History

Originally an accountant, Getachew transitioned into the coffee industry after selling an investment property in 2008. He founded the Almaz Seyoum Beyene Coffee Exporting Company in 2010 and established washing and hulling stations in 2012. He officially opened the 150-hectare Dimtu Tero Farm in 2016.
