Roberto Sabillón is a Honduran coffee producer recognized for his exceptional coffee quality and specialized growing methods. He maintains a long-standing partnership with Verve Coffee Roasters, for whom he produces and processes exclusive coffee lots.
History
After years of working with his father, Roberto faced a significant setback in 2011 when leaf rust destroyed his entire farm, leading him to pause coffee production for over four years. He was inspired to return to farming in 2015 after witnessing a neighbor's success in the Cup of Excellence, which demonstrated the potential for high-quality coffee in his region.
