Kanzu is a washing station located in the Nyamasheke district of Rwanda, west of Lake Kivu. It serves as a central processing hub for approximately 60 smallholder farmers who cultivate coffee on the surrounding mineral-rich volcanic slopes.

The Kanzu washing station was established in the mid-2000s by Alphonce Kayijuka. It was later acquired by C. Dormans, a coffee company that continues to operate the facility today.
