Digna Nuñez is a schoolteacher in Renacimiento who manages a small family coffee farm. This was her second year selling cherry to Lost Origin. The exact farm name is not published.
SEY documents the grower, elevation, February 2026 harvest, inoculated fermentation, controlled drying, cup notes, $90 price, and 125 g package. The release is sold out and no conventional roast level is published.
A tiny producer lot with unusually transparent post-harvest data, plus an exact package size and retail price. Lost Origin is correctly identified as the cherry buyer and processing laboratory, not as Digna Nuñez's farm.
WHAT DID THEY ACTUALLY
DO TO THIS COFFEE?
Lost Origin purchased ripe cherry from Digna Nuñez's small family farm.
The depulped coffee fermented for eight days in custom stainless tanks with LOY-007P and LOB-001P yeasts at an average 12.65°C.
The coffee dried for 18.3 days in temperature- and humidity-regulated rooms.
Named yeast strains LOY-007P and LOB-001P were intentionally added during fermentation.
No fruit, spices, or post-roast flavorings are disclosed.
The source documents an inoculated fermentation rather than a traditional washed process alone.
Strawberry candy, jasmine, and rose, according to SEY.

In the database. Not tasted. Not scored.
This coffee is in our database because we can reliably document it — but we haven't tasted and scored it yet, and we never publish a score we haven't earned.
Outside reviews and internet discussion — is kept clearly separate from our own review. When we taste it, our full review appears here.
What the internet is saying about this coffee
Our research pipeline scanned public reviews, videos, forums and discussions for this coffee (last pass 2026-10-26) and found no independent review of this exact release that meets our verification standards. When qualifying sources appear, they'll be published here.
Exact retailer and catalog pages were used only for release identity, price, package and availability. Marketplace and roaster-wide ratings were excluded because they could not be attributed to a scored tasting of this exact release.

Other roasters, same producer.
These coffees come from the same producer or farm, offered by other roasters. We never automatically declare two offerings the exact same coffee — a match requires lot, harvest and traceability details. Even a true same-lot pair can taste different: roast approach, freshness, rest and brewing all reshape the cup.
