La Margarita

The story

Finca La Margarita is a 3.5-hectare farm located in the Ocobamba subregion of Cusco, Peru. It is managed by the Solorzano family, who began pioneering coffee cultivation and processing on the land in 2017. The farm is operated by Marco Solorzano alongside up to 18 family members.

Innovations

The farm is recognized for its focus on sustainability and innovative processing techniques, such as a two-stage, 52-hour fermentation process used for their Geisha lots.
