Arturo Paz is a third-generation coffee producer based in Santa Barbara, Honduras, who also serves as the head of quality control at the exporting partner Beneficio San Vicente. Edgardo Tinoco is a coffee producer in Santa Barbara who manages farms such as Pino de Oro and El Portillo, focusing on high-quality specialty lots.
History
Arturo Paz grew up working at Beneficio San Vicente, where he learned processing techniques before purchasing his first property, Finca La Colmena, in 2007. Edgardo Tinoco took over the family farm, Pino de Oro, in 2006 and has since expanded his operations to include new sites like El Portillo.
