Edgardo Tinoco is a coffee producer based in the Santa Bárbara region of Honduras. He operates a farm located on the southern slopes of the Santa Bárbara Mountain Nature Reserve, where he focuses on high-quality specialty coffee production.

After taking over the farm in 2006, Edgardo achieved rapid success by winning the Cup of Excellence in 2011. Following several additional top-12 finishes in the competition, he eventually stepped back from the circuit to focus on refining his approach to variety, processing, and harvest timing.
