Jorge Raul Rivera Jr. is a prominent Salvadoran coffee producer and the owner of Finca Santa Rosa located in the Chalatenango region. An LSU-educated agricultural economist, he is widely recognized for his expertise in cultivating high-quality Pacamara coffee.

After witnessing the inaugural El Salvador Cup of Excellence in 2003, Rivera decided to diversify his pine forest estate by planting coffee. He focused on the Pacamara variety, utilizing the existing pine trees to provide necessary shade for the coffee plants in the local climate. His company, Rivera Coffee, has since gained international acclaim for its specialty coffee production.
