The story
The Ferrufino family acquired Finca Aurora in 2004 and developed the estate as a center for coffee production, processing and variety trials.
Innovations
The farm uses renewable energy, operates its own dry mill and selects locally adapted plants. Its team developed a dwarf Java selection called Java Enano and experiments with anaerobic processing.
