Dr. Enrique Ferrufino
Dr. Enrique Ferrufino is a surgeon by trade who transitioned into coffee production alongside his wife, Silvia, a pediatrician. Born and raised on a coffee farm in the mountains of Matagalpa, he and his family have operated Finca Aurora since 2004 with a focus on quality, sustainability, and community development.

The Ferrufino family established their coffee business in 1992. They acquired Finca Aurora in 2004, a property they rebuilt and expanded over time. The farm serves as a hub for processing coffee for both their own production and neighboring smallholder farms.
