Rafael and Carmen da Silva Hoff are prominent coffee producers in El Salvador and co-owners of Sicafe Coffee. They manage a multi-generational family operation that includes several farms, a mill, and an exporting company focused on specialty coffee.

Rafael and Carmen manage several family-owned estates, including Finca La Fany, which was originally established by Fabio Morán in the early 1900s and acquired by Rafael in the early 1990s. The family also operates the Beneficio San Pedro mill, which allows them to maintain strict quality control over their processing. Their operations have grown to include six family-owned farms in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region.
