The Sike Bokasso community is located in the Guji region. Because the community does not have its own washing station, their coffee is processed and dried at the Halo Hartume site in neighboring Gedeb.
Sey Coffee is a Brooklyn-based roaster focused on high-quality, transparently sourced green coffee. They prioritize light, carefully developed roasts that aim to highlight the raw character of the coffee and the specific terroir of each lot.
This release is a precise, labor-intensive separation from the Sike Bokasso community, which lacks its own washing station and thus utilizes the Halo Hartume site in Gedeb for processing. It showcases a specific white honey preparation of Ethiopian Landrace coffee from high-elevation Guji.

Other roasters, same producer.
These coffees come from the same producer or farm, offered by other roasters. We never automatically declare two offerings the exact same coffee — a match requires lot, harvest and traceability details. Even a true same-lot pair can taste different: roast approach, freshness, rest and brewing all reshape the cup.
