History

Marysabel inherited land from her father, Don Fabio Caballero, who was a pioneer of coffee cultivation in the region. Moises Herrera, originally from Guatemala, moved to Honduras for work and eventually transitioned from an investment-focused approach to full-time coffee production after meeting Marysabel. The couple faced significant financial challenges in the early 2000s but successfully built their enterprise, which now includes approximately 200 hectares of coffee farms and the Xinacla dry mill.
