From the producer

Proyectos del Pacifico manages Finca Santa Elisa Pachup with support from Los Volcanes Coffee. The farm employs roughly 300 seasonal workers between October and February, and Los Volcanes processed this entire Gesha microlot at Beneficio La Esperanza.

From the roaster

Partners Coffee features this Gesha as a standout selection in their limited Exceptional Coffee series. They emphasize the coffee's clarity and distinct flavor profile, which they attribute to the careful cultivation and processing methods used at the farm.

Why this coffee is noteworthy

This limited Exceptional Coffee release comprises Santa Elisa’s entire Gesha production for the lot. Partners describes it as a standout 2026 Guatemala cupping-table selection with delicate citrus, tea-like, and white-floral character.

The honest process breakdown

WHAT DID THEY ACTUALLY
DO TO THIS COFFEE?

01
Origin connected

Connected the existing Guatemala and Acatenango records while retaining Chimaltenango and San Pedro Yepocapa as the documented department and town.

02
Process clarified

Recorded fully washed processing at Beneficio La Esperanza and patio drying without inventing a fermentation recipe or drying duration.

03
Listing refreshed

Recorded $36 for 6 oz, 1,700 masl, light/Agtron 85 roast information, and the current sold-out state.

What was added?

Verified origin links, elevation, processing location, patio drying, price, currency, sold-out status, and exact-release context.

What wasn't added?

No harvest date, fermentation duration, drying duration, roast date, owner score, tasting verdict, or public sentiment rating was added.

Why it matters

It converts a thin product-feed profile into a traceable exact-release record while keeping seller tasting notes separate from any owner review.

What you might taste

Partners lists tangerine, raw sugar, and honeysuckle; its release story also describes clementine, Meyer lemon, peach tea, magnolia, and coffee blossom. These are roaster claims, not an original site tasting.

Same coffee, different roaster?

Other roasters, same producer.

These coffees come from the same producer or farm, offered by other roasters. We never automatically declare two offerings the exact same coffee — a match requires lot, harvest and traceability details. Even a true same-lot pair can taste different: roast approach, freshness, rest and brewing all reshape the cup.
